Hi,all. It’s Jessika, posting for Michelle. The baby was born a little over an hour ago. He’s not officially named, but apparently “he looks like a Nathaniel.” I guess we’ll see. He weighs 9 pounds, 10 ounces. He’s 21 inches long. He has a full head of curly reddish hair and steel blue eyes. He’s healthy. She’s healthy. She can’t feel her toes yet, but we’re hoping that will come with time. If not, who needs toes anyway? She sounds relieved and happy and a little tired. David sounds all of those things, too. So, I guess that’s all there is to say about that. You may certainly ask questions, but I’ve provided all the information I have. I will have to make up anything else. Which I’m not averse to doing, of course.

Oh, Congratulations to all of you! My Jamie was 9lb9oz so I can relate to giving birth to a 4month old child. ;) Can’t wait to see pictures of this new little guy! :)

Thank you, Jess, for posting this! Each day I’ve been checking in just waiting for this news! :) How incredibly wonderful to hear everyone’s doing just great. Congrats, Shell, David and little he-who-shall-be-named. (never to be confused, of course, with he-who-shall-not-be-named) :)
And you’re right about toes…I mean, they haven’t shown themselves in her life the past few months anyway. Who needs ‘em know? ;)
