When were you people going to tell me that Cadbury mini eggs come in dark chocolate? You’ve seriously let me down. The Easter bunny, however, stepped up to the plate and has my back. Because of the gestational diabetes thing he put some in my basket and hid the rest where I can’t find them until after the PineNut arrives. I think that means they are somewhere in the house I can’t reach without a stepladder. Or somewhere on a bottom shelf as I can’t really bend over at the waist anymore to find them either. So pretty much anywhere, but the middle shelves in the pantry.

Another beef I have is with this kid in my belly. Sleeping on my stomach went out the window months ago. Last night sleeping on my back was lost too. I woke up gasping for air and had to roll onto my side. Then after I actually woke up and was cognizant this morning I realized I hadn’t felt him wiggle since before the gasping thing. So breakfast this morning was an apple, a big glass of apple juice, and a handful of Cadbury mini eggs. Twenty minutes later there was a wiggling a go-go. Now he can go back to sleep at anytime. All I can say is that he’d better be damn cute because I really miss my shoes that have a back to them.

The last beef I have is with people who don’t do what they say they are going to do. Especially when I handed them over a fairly good-sized check. So today I will interview two more house cleaning services. After I find me some more mini eggs.

One Response to “So much beef!”

  1. Whew! I had a brief panic when I read your last “beef”. I did finally get the chance to post Pinenut’s present at lunch today. So Harry Bear, sweater, and an extra surprise are en route. :-) Congratulations again!

p.s. have you and David decided on a name?
