The plague is still holding strong. I’m winning though; I haven’t even napped today! What it has done is given me time to finish up a carpetbag I started over the 4th of July holiday. It ended up being almost 20″ tall and over a foot wide. Let’s see how much it shrinks. It’s currently in the washing machine on “sanitary.” That’s the one that basically boils your clothes. Hopefully it’s hot enough to shrink the bag without a lot of agitation, as it’s a front-loading machine.
While I’m waiting and biting my fingernails here is a look at the amazing box of PINK sent by my fantastic secret pal. I can’t wait to sink my needles into the silky wool! Branching Out here I come!
In the meantime I’m pretty sure it’s naptime. Maybe tomorrow I can go more than six hours without needing sleep!

The knitting and whatnot looks great. But a washing machine with a “sanitary” cycle?! Bestill my germophobic heart. :)
