We’re back from Denver. We were delayed at DIA again this trip, but this time we got a first class upgrade and a couple of free flights out of it, so I can’t complain. More later on how much fun we had, how many times the girls said my name, how I enjoy cooking for people who love my carbonara, oh and how the rain squashed most of our outdoor plans.

For now, however, guess who has tickets to tomorrow night’s 11:59 showing of Pirates!! Love me some Johnny Depp! Love me some pirates! Love me some sleep. Getting some now.

  3. Welcome back! Did you see the new art museum addition? I love that thing.

I was sad that they closed that really cute yarn store / coffee shop in Denver… but Boulder still has Shuttles, Spindles and Skeins, one of my very favorite yarn stores. Friendly!

  4. I lived in Denver for five years and I have family there. So when we go we usually just hang out and soak up as much family time as possible. We did hit a yarn store in Fort Collins though. Lambspun, I think. Lovely, lovely store. I’m about a third of the way through a felted bag for which I purchased the supplies in Colorado.
