See the sky? Doesn’t it look all lovely and warm? Here in the Bay Area we seem to have slipped directly from winter right on into summer. No spring. The rainy season sort of morphed into the foggy season! Whee! Only here do you run the A/C in February and the furnace in May. With socks and a sweatshirt I tell you. So freaking cold.
I have an impossible work deadline today. It’s a self-imposed deadline and I’m going to miss it and it makes me so mad at myself I’m ready to fire myself. I wonder if I’d get unemployment benefits? What about COBRA?
I added another nine inches to the extra long wrap last night. I’d post pictures, but it looks a lot like the last picture. Just, you know, longer. I am loving the pattern though. It looks all special and stuff, but really I can do it in my sleep. Perfect for the zen knitting! The cold weather outside today is perfect for zen knitting. It’s that weird quiet that only happens with heavy fog. Or snow. However, it’s too cold for zen knitting outside. Farging fog. Plus, you know, blasted work and all. See how I’m doing the work?
