A few weeks ago a friend’s mom went into the hospital. not knowing what to do I picked up my needles and started working. Now that my friend has it, I can post pictures!

My friend is a big fan of acrylic yarn and bright colors, so I used Lion Brand’s boucle in parfait. Size 15 needles. It ended up, without fringe at about 68″, the fringe makes it 78″.
I love the idea of the prayer shawl. My friend’s mom passed, but she has this shawl to wrap around her and feel the love, thoughts, and prayers that went in to creating it. Hopefully, it will continue over time to make her smile.
