Ok, it’s spring in my office. It has rained twenty-five days out of the thirty-one in March. The long term computer forecasts show rain for at least ten of the first fourteen days in April. There is a reason that I don’t live in Seattle. I need sunshine. It is seriously effecting my mood and not in a good way.

I woke up this morning and sleepily bounced off the walls and door frames to go to work in my office. What was on my desk waiting to greet me? Spring!! A huge basket of planted we daffodils, purple tulips, primroses and english ivy. It’s so pretty and spring-like that I could just cry.

Plus, last night I finished a huge knitting project. It’s made of a fun and bright acrylic boucle yarn. However, I have a ton of brand new hand-painted cotton yarn into which I can’t wait to get my needles!

It’s a good day.
