David’s sister-in-law taught me to knit over Christmas. My attempted to teach me a bit ago, however I was distracted and came home and pulled it all out. Now, I’m one of the cool kids. Complete with two sets of pink needles.

We’re insane. We’re going to Pasadena for New Year’s to watch the parade. I really hope it doesn’t rain on my parade. They say it’s going to, but I really hope it doesn’t.

I hate brussels sprouts. However, the brussels sprouts I put on the dining room table Christmas night might actually be my new favorite food. Seriously. Try them. Love them.

For Christmas I got a sexy flat screen tv for my office. I had it on the other day while David was sleeping on my sofa. He was asleep until Teletubbies came on. There were pointed and mocking remarks about my choice in television shows. I tried to defend myself by explaining that the phone had rung and the show changed and I hadn’t gotten around to changing it yet. He then asked what I was watching before teletubbies. “Um, Yeah. Elmo.” He might be sorry about the tv now …
